Smells like a scam to me..?

What do you guys make of this email I just received? I am assuming some kind of dodgyness is going on ...If not, what do we think a 'financial services officer for an art company' might be doing for 3 hours a day on the internet to earn £3k+ a month

As a job seeker it is getting quite easy to detect the scammers, they are the only ones who offer me work
That one is the second I have had this week , here is the first one, which was worded very strangely so i didn't give it a second thought.
