Oil - Career progression advice
Discussion
I have successfully changed jobs in the last few months and have moved into a new position as a mechanical engineer for a company based within the downstream oil sector.
My previous role was based on the construction industry and I was responsible for the design, procurement and project management for the construction of swimming pools so has been quite a change.
I'm keen to develop further within the field and have been looking at numerous different training courses to increase my skill set over the next few years.
In particular aimed towards piping / process design either on or off shore.
Does anyone have any recommendations of different course that they have completed or are aware of?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks in advance
Andy
