Graduate scheme or Masters Degree

Which would I better off doing when I finish uni?

I'm about to go into my final year at unicersity doing a BSc (Hons) Automotive Design Technology degree expected to get a high 2:1 or 1st.

Looking to get into R&D or testing side of engineering.

Without any other information, graduate scheme every time if you can get on one. You can do a Masters anytime (even at the same time!). Good luck!

Graduate Scheme every time.

There's very few roles that an MSc can apply for that a Graduate can't (perhaps research roles.

If things work out you could even get your employer to pay for your Masters degree

Entry to a Masters is far easier than finding a graduate place these days.

If you can get any work experience this summer, do! They don't give away places on graduate schemes
