Changing jobs, good idea or bad?..
Discussion
I'm having a mental breakdown about this!
Please save me!
Well currently I work in a call centre in a bank and have been in the company 3years,
I hate the current role and I don't have the cross sale mentality they want.
I hate the shifts, working every 2nd Saturday!
So I want to leave....
I went for an interview for a job with a nice pay rise of 7k and nightshirt, not call centre work.
I got a call yesterday saying I hadn't got that job but they were offering me the same role but day shift....
Problem is its same/slightly less than my current salary, again stupid shifts but not call centre and not cross sales, just service face to face.
So I'm stuck, part of me wants to take it and change as I hate everything about my current job but I'm nervous I'm making a wrong decision!!!!
Aargh!

If you ain't happy where you are that is bad for your health and self esteem.
The new job is a better environment, plus you would be well placed if the opportunity to move to night shift if you still feel the need.
I would go for it..
Good Luck.
P.S I did night shifts for 6 years purely for the money, hated the job but the money was good, not really my best decision!
You spend so much time at work you have to enjoy it. . . . . . . . . . . .
I love my job now but all these on I still earn about the same as I did on night shift, but I am happy!!
