Looking for a PHP/Drupal developer - Derby based

We need a PHP/Drupal developer for a quick-start, possibly on a short term contract initially but likely to become a permanent position.
Projects will primarily involve bespoke module development so we are looking for someone who has the experience to be able to step into a project and deliver custom work to brief at a quick rate. PHP coding ability is more important than Drupal familiarity at this stage.
The role will be based at our office in Derby. Rates/salary negotiable.
