leaving notice
Discussion
Hi guys,
I have been offered a job today that I have accepted and have just received confirmation that it has all gone through fine.
I now need to hand my notice in at my current place, and have no idea what I'm supposed to write, is it as simple
"please accept this as my months notice,
Tom Ralph"
Or do I need to expand?

I would make it a bit more polite than that, but basically you don't have to say anything more unless you want to.I have been offered a job today that I have accepted and have just received confirmation that it has all gone through fine.

Might want to clear up when your exact leave date is, how many holidays you have left etc etc
