Coram LMP Reborn
Steve Turner brings the LMP project back to life
The Coram LMP track day car has been reborn under the guise of the Turner Auto Design LMP.
The road legal car features a Kawasaki ZX12 engine using a dry sump and fuel injection. That pumps out a rather handy 178bhp via a six speed sequential gearbox.
The LMP is to take part in Evo's track day car of the year competition at Bedford Autodrome soon.

Discussion
The yellow car can be had from Accel, Accel's owner a big TVR fan can be contacted at tvr@pt.lu
I sat in one, the interior is real carbonfiber, the engine can either be a Honda VTEC or a Ford Duratec, I believe that there is a bunch of different engine, gearbox and brake/suspension options.

That is bloody gorgeous. What is it, how much, what engine etc?
It's the K1 Attack, to be sold in the UK by Dynamic Performance, though don't ask when as we've already had several false starts...
Should be worth waiting for though and Ted has already been invited to drive it. Of course if he can't make it I'll be happy to stand in. Either way, expect to see it reviewed on PH ASAP.

Good good! It really looks special. I'd love one with a Duratec v6 (and a big fat turbo).

I've driven the Coram LMP as has Robbie Kerr (the 2002 F3 champion)) and it is very definitely a "work in progress" at the moment. Unless Steve Turner can get some significant funding to turn a promising start into a good car this is likely to be another still-born project. I hope Steve does find the funding he needs because the concept behind the car is sound and it is potentially very quick. But in our opinion it is not yet sufficiently sorted.
