Donington Sunday 18th April

Anyone going to the trackday at Donington this Sunday?
The weather looks like being nice so Cirvys got no excuse for bringing the Alfa instead of 'cirvy' I'll be wandering around with the Nikon, so if you see a Green Chimaera, Orange Cerbera and a Black S pop over and say hello

Well when I looked yesterday the BBC was saying sunshine, but now they have changed it to a nasty black cloud
If the Alfas getting a run, please please please take the baby seat out, theres something just so wrong about hooning round the track with one of them in
Unless of course you've got Charlie a little helmet

Charlie has already been round Donny in the Alfa, albeit in the womb of his mother, as i recall, he didn't much enjoy it

Fraid-Not mate didn't even take the camera Wish I did to capture the 4x4 antics on the craners infield slope
I tried to find you in the paddock on Saturday but I had a mental block with regard to your 'real name' and couldn't find any PH stickers on any of the cars
Raceing looked fun though, how did you do?

Well, I was one of those 4x4ers on the infield at Craners - but only in qualifying.

18th & 19th out of 30 - must do better.

Hopefuly lift it into the top half at Silverstone this weekend .

So I'm not the only one to drive an 'unborn' around Donnington then! 3.5 years ago, after many attempts, I persuaded my wife to come round the circuit with me. Despite only being the 'warm up' laps, she hated it and only a couple of weeks later did we discover she was pregnant with our daughter!

Unfortunately mine was 5 months down the tubes, the face went particularly white following the second run down the Craners...had to return to paddock

Incidentally, anyone got any cheery news about the weather, latest forcast from here is Sat: sunny. Sun:rain.....Absobloodylutely typical

Well the latest weather forecast shows the nasty black cloud with water falling out of it that was yesterdays forecast, upgraded to a black cloud with the sun hiding behind it
