Hi Andy

I was there this weekend with some mates from Blackpool where I live. I was in a blue TVR T350 my brother took his Skyline and orange EVO and most of the others were in Scoobys including one with "plastic" women in the back!

We had a great time, it was pretty cold on Fri/Sat/Sun but Monday was lovely. One Scooby bust a piston another did a wheel bearing but no accidents so can't complain.

Thanks mate, I saw your TVR and many of your mates too. Those plastic women seemed to move from car to car, dirty slags.

Your 350 is in the background in this picture:

Do you know when you're going next? The weekend of June 26th looks good to me, but I'm concerned it might be a bit busy - was this easter relatively quiet?

Andy

This was my 1st time my bro and his mates been going for a couple of years now. I might be wrong but I think its only open all day over Easter and August bank holidays. Otherwise odd days and evenings.

Will be worth checking up. It wasn't too busy apparantly maybe because it was a bit cloudy/cold.

Will be going again next Easter but will take my Westfield as well. Hope you had a good time might see you there next year perhaps....

I saw the TVR being photographed on the road outside the track. Very professional looking large format camera of some sort on a tripod.

No need for helmets on the ring... very recommended but not law.

Nice!

Brings back memories. I went in my '99 C230 Kompressor with some friends from www.mbclub.co.uk last year. An experience I shall never forget and recommend to all.

Just a taster:

An clear stretch of Autobahn is quite good fun too!

I can confirm via my Road Angel that the trusty Merc speedo consistantly only over reads about 3mph throughout.
