Have a read of this site www.ridedrive.co.uk/rdintro.htm

I am doing a day with them next weekend. It consists of an hour on a track, an hour skid pan and four hours doing advanced driving on the roads. They have instructors all over the country, so there should be someone close by

Have heard good reports on both Ridedrive and MS academy days... and as Mark knows his big end from his elbow (and knowing how well Ed organises MS days) I'd think your missus would be in good hands with either of the above.
