Trackdays.co.uk has launched a new club for regular track dayers. The 'Platinum Club' will run several days this year and limit each event to 25 cars. Each day will consist of seven twenty minute sessions.

Experience and vehicle specification will be taken into consideration when joining the club.

Paul Gosnell, operations manager at trackdays.co.uk, said: “The Club is designed for those who are really serious about track days and who want to drive with others who share their passion.As such we only accept people with the right amount of experience to ensure that both driving and track etiquette is of a high standard. Places are limited so people who are interested should apply now .”

Still, I'm sure some people will pay a premium to have a session exclusively with their club mates.
