Hullavington or Keevil are in Wiltshire, not exactly London but nearer then Yokshire.
www.motorsport-events.co.uk have events in the next few weeks.
I've not been to either airfield but I can recomend motorsport events.

Try Bassingbourne with Motorsport events. About 40 mins up the M11. A bit tight, but not a bad value day.
The chaps at motorsprot events are very nice too.

I dont hink Bassingbourn dates have been announced yet, but there are usually, 5-10 day in a year there.

Also, why not consider a track day. You have to behave just like everybody else, but if you're circuit racing, you at least get to be in a similar environment. Track days are more expensive, but if you can find one in February, they tend to be quite reduced.

Also, if you've already completed your ARDS test, then there may be a cheap test day near you. At Mallory (Lecister) you get half a day open pitland for 80 quid. There may be something similar in your neck of the woods.

Rich

Edit:- usual suspects apply

bookatrack, easytrack, RMA are all great companies, and should let you run your race car as long as you play by their rules

Why an airfield.
I instruct on ALL circuits in the UK and at the end of the day.. you'll be racing on a circuit )

Kemble Airfield may be closer to you if they still hire it. I've not been there for 18mnths.

Please feel free to give me a shout if you feel like a chat.
