AM - racing instructors take you round circuit in silverstone elises
Car control course in Caterham 7s
Lunch thrown in
PM - 4 or 5 20 minute sessions in own car, with instructors dotted around circuit making notes.
£350 - seems a good day out...

The circuit for this day has now changed from the GP to the International Circuit, as the track works to Becketts run off are not ready yet.
Should still be a great day though!
