Hi Guys, There's a day at Bruntingthorpe being held on the 17th Feb, thats being organised by a guy I know through the Nissan Skyline e-groups. The link to the days summary is www.lizking666.co.uk. The day will have top speed runs, 0-60 and 1/4 miles times and a track circuit, costs £75. Max 50 cars. This is an independent day for any performance cars. Does anyone fancy going as there are a few spare places (10), it would give the TVR owners a chance to stand toe-to-toe to the Japanese modified machinery. If you are interested email James on the webpage above(and mention me if you wish) Guy R PS I will be taking my Nissan Skyline GTR (going for a 530bhp upgrade on Monday), since my Tuscan hasn't been specced yet.

Cheers for the link, I think I'll wander along to this. They may be quick in a straight-line but if there's any corners I'll have 'em Graeme. ________________________________ www.fluke-motorsport.co.uk

It's been reported to us that this isn't a conventional track/airfield day. I've been told that there are no paramedics, marshals available etc. Please clarify your expectations with the organiser before parting with any money.

I agree 100% with Ted. Whilst I have posted the link and will be attending, I have not been involved at all in the organisation of the day. It is not an 'organised trackday', but a days hire of Bruntingthorpe. Anyone thinking of attending should view the website and contact the organiser, alternatively I have been told that people can turn up on the day, spectate free and enter if they wish on the day. However this again would require confirmation from the organiser. I also want to ensure that anyone that goes knows what they are getting. Guy R PS I would however love to see some TVRs there, especially for the 2mile straight.
