RaceCam Starter Kit

£299 buys anti-vibration kit. Time for some more in car movies?


Goldstar Racing have put together a new starter pack for track day users and racers. The kit is designed for those who already have the camera but want to use it for effective in car filming.

It consists of:

  • an anti vibration high resolution bullet camera
  • an anti vibration mount
  • sensitive compact microphone
  • battery pack case with power feed
  • all the required leads and connectors

Price is £299 including VAT.

ooh how timely. I was looking at getting one of these

today and now I have two to compare.

weirdly they look identical but Im happy to pay more if someone can tell me which is better?

The only thing I can see that is different from the RF Concepts kit (at £175) is the 'anti-vibration' mount which seems to be some double sided velcro attachment?

Not sure why PetrolTed posted this again - there was another previous thread on this. The kit is identical - just a Sony cam. Apart from maybe this anti vibration mount... most cars will be ok anyway. I get around it on the Radical by sticking the cam to my helmet

I think Ted posted it becuase the original one we were all talking about was about £600 whereas this one is £300 (although why a case costs an extra £300 I don't know)!
