Yearly Track Insurance
Discussion
Having been offered a minimum of £100 a pop to insure my car for track days, I'm wondering if it might be more economical to get some sort of yearly policy.
Competition Car Insurance do annual Caterham and Lotus policies, but not TVR as yet
What do the vaious racers and sprinters do?

Are the lotus policies purely for the 'car', i.e. can drive the lotus on any trackday, or only for lotuses (loti?) on lotus CC trackdays do you know?
Otherwise I'd be quite happy to hoon around Hethel surrounded by Elises (Eli? )
Yep, I'm with Sunninghill - covers track days. Heading to Cadwell Park this weekend ... can't wait.
I hope they don't remove this feature from the policy as Mannings were about £40 cheaper but only covered TVRCC track days. Boring. Who wants to go round in circles with a bunch of the same type of car

I'm with Performance Marque and get PCGB Trackdays covered for free. Unfortunately this means that when I do Bookatrack days I either need to insure the car seperately or rent their Caterham.
Its almost cheaper to rent their Caterham.
I've been trying to work out what to do about this long term. One option is to take a different policy through Performance Marque which covers track days with a small charge for each one. £70 or so I believe.
