Helmets

I'm going to drive at a trackday, at Bedford. The booking email says a helmet is required but don't say which approvals it needs, will any ECE-approved helmet be OK?

Or should I be looking at getting an MSA-approved one, given that I only intend to use it on non-competitive trackdays?

Just go to a bike shop and get one from there.

More than covers any legal requirements. Failing that Demon Tweeks sell some car ones.
