It will be quite a bit, at a track that lengh, I would rekon about a 15 - 20 seconds difference.

In the Porsche RSR, I would tend to lap about 15-20 seconds slower in the full wet around Spa, then in the full dry.

Never driven Bedford GT in the rain but Bedford SW circuit is for me about 12 secs difference in heavy rain from dry hot (2.7 miles) so i reckon new GT circuit will be, as Sean says, 18-20 secs for track day driver (who is worried about the car surviving as well as himself)
