So my girlfriends stepdad is going on a Ferrari track day tomorrow in Stafford, but he cant drive so its one of those where you get driven around by the instructor or whatever i think. Anyway she was saying there are pay on the day activities for spectators, anyone have any knowledge of what they are, or what kinda prices to be expecting? Sorry I dont know what company its with or anything, just its in Stafford, but just a general idea of "pay on the day" things if anyone knows would be great!

Took my dad to Bruntingthorpe for a drivers day. You could buy single laps in cars or get driven round by an intsructor. Cheapest for a lap was about 25 quid (subara) but most were 45+ for a DB9, 360, 911 , etc.

Nice thats not too bad, might treat myself! Do you need to take anything special (cept license of course)?

Seighford Airfield out Doxey way. Not exactly a circuit although they do lay out a track on the old airfield. Facilities are much improved since I was last there about 5 years ago - so i'm told!

I'm sure you'll have a great day - as always these things are about the cars and not the venue - that's why places like Prestwold Hall and Bruntingthorpe have always been popular with the Red Letter Day brigade.

I work there as an instructor, and was working today. The company is Driveme.net, and the Ferrari's (either a 360 spider, or 355 challenge car) are not passenger rides but the customer driving.
The track has been laid down wth proper painted kerbs, and cones to assit turning, apex, etc. Not just a flat airfield.

Hope they had a good time.
