well a great dry evening although the Mazdas did get in the way a little (they only brought 4 and therefore very little or no track time for anybody wanting to drive one)

my mate in his Gallardo as predicted got black flagged first lap.

good to meet you guys that were there (trackdemon and goon1001)

Nice to meet you all too, shame about the lambo would have loved to have a play down the track against that. Was thinking maybe he could have just backed off past the noise meter on the back straight maybe, seems a shame to go all the way there and not be able to use such a lovely car.

Was not too impressed with MSV professionalism and track time being slighty rushed. Still will be doing more trackdays though soon as they come up for me.

I agree. MSV were under pressure with finishing the Palmer day on time and starting our evening session. Autocar were not particularily impressed but then again they managed to cock up the Mazda part of it as well. Mazda up until 1 day before weren't even going to let the punters drive the cars!!!!

Then that, combined with the speed yellow 996 GT2 spinning off (for the nth time) with 15 minutes to go and damaging i think his rim (cracked), meant that we were cut short by 15 mins as well. That's life i suppose!

As for Steve in his Lambo he backed of the throttle after the first session where he was black flagged. Managed to give that girl Sarah a passenger ride (before i think she managed to get a ride with everybody in the pit lane) and then about an hour later got a second black flag after obviously not backing off enough near the pit straight and got chucked off.
