hitting the track...(and nothing else!!)

I'm looking to book my first track day in my westfield, have had quite a lot of track experience in the past, just never in my own car, was wondering who was best to book with, ie the number of cars they allow per day etc, oh and kinda want to use an airfield in southern england to start with!
