Insurance for Bruntingthorpe
Discussion
I have my first 'track' experience on 6th June at Bruntingthorpe. I'm going with a couple of guys from work (Porsche 964 and VX220). They don't plan to get any 'special' insurance for the day as they assume as its such a wide track losing it and hitting a wall is unlikely.
What do you think? Would people still recommend insurance (I'm thinking I will anyway).
Also I've read that stone chips are an issue at BT, having had my front end resprayed a few months ago (courtesy of a reversing numpty) I'm concerned about coming away with a messed up front. I've heard people tape up the front (and lights), whats the best tape to use and does it come off easily (or does it leave a sticky residue)?
Thanks
