Having problems with tyre clearance on my GTM Libra on 17's, using Toyo 888R's. Narrowest available for front 205/40/17, 215's for rear are 45's so rub arches. Prada spec-2's seem to have correct sizing for my car (wider at rear), has anyone experiences these two back-to-back? What are the yoko's like on track?

The yokos aren't a track tyre as such so I can't see them matching the 888's, however they are supposed to be a good sports tyre and I've spoken to people who found them less likely to melt than Michelin PE2's when tracking their Clio182s if thats of any use.

i had them on a rover 620 turbo and they were excellent at silverstone and snetterton.

i have just shagged my tyres after marham last weekend and intend to get spec-2's again for my MR2

they also have provided good grip at santa pod in cold RWYB in october and january

i think for the money they are a good road tyre that can cut it on the track

i was getting more grip by the lap at snetterton ( in december !! ), in fact i was breaking too much sometimes finding i could have gon in much quicker....

Agreed yes

I have Paradas on my FRS and they are awesome. Not so much a dedicated track tyre as such but a damned good compromise. I shall be buying them again.
