I liked it.

Those extra bends are a good technical challenge.

sweeping corners would have been so much nicer, Hated it to start, but it felt a bit better after a while.
I hope they just go back to the old layout.

new layout - the first right is fairly non descript, the next left is an interesting low entry fast exit corner, in my car it was a real challenge to try and get the power on early without resorting to the concrete on the exit. The next right is fairly non descript also.

The old layout had one double apex right which is a challenge to get right, this has been replaced by the above which is not really a great improvement.

My favourite corner on the GT circuit is, at the end of the very long back straight there's a very sharp left hander followed by a fast sweeping right hander on a slight include then left hand combination - love that part of the track in the past but now they've stuck a noise meter right on the apex, as I'm trying to give it 75% throttle - I guess inevitably I ended up getting black flagged and sent home by the noise police

Was there on saturday and didn't like it.. Makes Bedford even harder on the brakes than it was already. Three or four virtual hairpins in a row is just a pain. Maybe it's better in lighter cars...

I think ive cooked my discs. There is some hard judder now. I have swapped back to the road rims and tyres and its much better but still noticable.

Are there any other reasons for brake judder or should I be booking her in for replacements? they are only a month old............

Shim - I'd be very surprised if you've warped your disks. Mine are always pretty grumbly for a while after a trackday but sort themselves out after a bit of normal road driving. You've probably just got uneven pad deposits on the disks - do they look blotchy?

I find Bedford a bit dull compared to the old school tracks such as Brands & Donny, I think its cos its so flat and open, you get less of a sensation of speed. I dont think i will go back for a while, also found the new layout quite frustrating.

NO! its no better on lighter cars and very dull.Im sure it's designed so that the corporates don't have any high speed corners to deal with.
