Track day drivers in Oxfordshire?
Discussion
Hi there,
I'm a freelance journalist writing a feature about track days. I'd like to hear from anyone who lives or works in Oxfordshire who has taken part in a track day and is happy to talk about why they enjoy it. The track day itself doesn't have to have been in Oxon, though. Cheers!

Oh lordy! Gill, you could be biting off more than you can chew here. Angus can give you enough material for a trilogy!
Just pull up that sandbag and.......I remember the time he watched a certain 'man of limited skill', MOLS I shall call him (although it is pronouned Michael) spin one of his cars off the track and into the barriers within half a lap of Castle Coombe on cold tyres (although he isn't completely blameless in this department, ask him about Spa!) I was amazed that he was so controlled about this, " it is just one of those things" was his atitude at several grands worth of damage etc. He took the car out himself and came back in, furious. The problem? The MOLS had screwed the new brakes, Phat had had fitted. MOLS had been asked to bed them in correctly and had been driving it all weekend to do so, but clearly failed!
Angus, never trust a civvy mate!
