Somewhere between 6.00pm on Sunday 25th March and 8.00pm on Tuesday 27th March A Brian James tilt bed trailer was stolen from my driveway in Cheadle Hulme. A member of the public saw two hooded scrotes, equiped with bolt cutters behaving suspiciously nearby at 10.00am on Monday morning. The police were informed, and the red flat back truck the scrotes were driving turned out to have false number plates fitted.

Should anyone have seen anything untoward in the Turves Road/Cheviot Avenue area around that time, please let me know. Also should anyone be offered a similar trailer, perhaps they would PM me.

The trailer was 16 foot x 6' 1" hydraulic tilt bed, fully galvanised with tyre rack fitted. All tyres were matching including the spare, and it had a covered in deck. The gaiter on the sliding tow hitch was brand new and bright red, so at a glance, easy to recognise. The jockey wheel was almost new and all the lights were intact and working. It was also fitted with a side mounted winch on the right hand front side. The whole trailer was in excellent condition, and unfortunately had just finalised a sale at £1420 on Ebay. There is absolutely no connection whatsoever in the Ebay sale and the theft, because the address has not been disclosed.

My suspicion is that the scrotes were "travellers" ..... ( Unfortunately I was forced into that description by the Police, for fear of upsetting the racially protected scum!! ) and therefore the trailer could now be anywhere.

In the unlikely chance that it may be spotted somewhere, I would love to hear from anyone, and I will make sure they are suitably rewarded
