On sunday the ferry doesn't leave 'till 3.00pm.
Anything organised to fill the morning up? - or is everyone expecting to be recovering from the night before?

We had various plans last year for enthusiastic country drives back, but for most the simplicity of the motorway after a very late night seemed to appeal

Sorry, but can't seem to see what you're implying

errm,

I haven't had any details through about the chunnel yet etc? Has anyone else had any details sent through by BaT?

Yeah, got the PDF somewhere - but as I remember it didn't contain details of the chunnel crossing etc? I could be wrong?

Either way, the PDF isn't on the site now - Andy, can we get some more details sent round and when can we expect tickets? or do we all meet the chunnel and it works like that?

Sorry - being a project manager I like to have these things sorted!!!

The EuroTunnel times are as per the PDF (almost)

Departs Folkstone: 17:58

Departs Calais: 14:58

No tickets will be sent out, there's no need. All you need is a booking number, a confirmation of this will be sent to everyone when we confirm exactly who is doing what !

Andy,

Have you confirmed who's on the shuttle and who's on the ferry yet?

I was one of the first 10 to pay in full so I'm assuming I'm definitely on the Tunnel but haven't had confirmation.

BTW are you taking the BaT trailer on the ferry or tunnel? If on the ferry is this approximately the same time?

cheers,
Mike.

Top Man. The art of project management, assume the worst and that everyone's lying until someone does some work and proves you wrong

Cheers Andy

My head is starting to hurt now.. too many emails, too many changes, too little time !!

Mike, hopefully I've sorted you via email ? Everyone bar 1 person, I think, is going on the EuroTunnel now. Just waiting for confirmation from a few people

Are we still OK for the tunnel if we are towing a trailer? I can't remember if this was asked at all before?

I've booked an earlier ferry, so I can take my time getting to the hotel. I should be (can never be 100% sure)at the hotel a few hours before every one. who's names are the rooms booked in?

You'd think they'd wait until they were away from traffic/built up areas before letting loose completely, of course the press/local citizens could be exaggerating ... a real sports car passing you at 100mph is going to sound like it's doing a lot more to the untrained ear/eye/numpty in a Dodgy Dodge.

Nevada: I'm moving there:

Nevada highway patrol spokeswoman Angie Wolff said the CHP had sent her a warning about the renegades on wheels.

"A group of people in high-speed cars, well, you have a fast car, it's hard to go slow," she said.

"Unless there's chaos, we feel we have bigger fish to fry in terms of safety."

f'kin brilliant.
