Was there on sat & might sound odd but I kinda prefered it to the GT, felt it suited lower power better, use ya vid & compare your laps vs evo times (except they use the pif paf which you don't on a track day)

ive done the SW circuit before, and I preferred that too, though whether that was just due to feeling different Im not sure.
some of the corners seemed alot faster and more fun than the GTs long curves or tight hairpins.

I agree, the series of corners after the 1km straight on the West circuit are fantastic fun, you can take really big speeds into them. Probably prefereable to the brake killing hairpins on the GT - the lack of an LSD on the Beemer makes hairpins frustrating.

I'm doing a day on the West Circuit tomorrow, for the first time, looks quite fast and flowing which should suit my car well.

Looks like it will be wet though eek

sorry trackdemon - got mine noise tested and the answer was NO WAY ! my standard 360 was alright but the stradale is much noiser............what a shame, will be at silverstone and donington and anywhere else which has noisy days !...........have a blast yourself though............you might even get snow by the looks of things !

seriously, if it is snowing (forecast for sleet), I presume we get a credit for another day? I don't fancy sliding into someone under (very light) braking, or the converse happening to me....

crap...they better not cancel. RMA cancelled the 23rd dec after the fog that week. Typically it was clear that day.

Ive not done a track day for four months and am getting very irritable.
