Well, there it is, she's going away that weekend so I thought I'd sneak off and give the car (7 or E30 M3 not sure which yet) a good seeing to but what do I find - you guessed it - no track days on that weekend in the calender!

Any ideas ladies and gents?

Does anyone have any comments on OnTrack days? Good, bad or indifferent?!

12th April RMA at Bedford Autodrome on the GT circuit, open pit lane all day - makes an awful lot of sense. Fantastic circuit for being a bit of a hooligan with a car on a track with huge run offs.

On track at Goodwood - from what I've witnessed, their days seem to be highly organised and rather slow. And I'm not sure you can even take your own car out - they provide you with a Vauxhall Vectra or something for practice, and a slow single seater later on. Maybe get a chance to drive a Ferrari or soemthing.

RMA by far the best bet - generally a very good standard of driving, and relaxed but professional approach

On Track Experience days are as mentioned below well organised but there is some confusion about what you can take out on track.

Rather like all other trackday organisers at Goodwood they operate either a 105 or 98Db day. The one on the 12th May is a 105 day with a maximum of 20-25 cars. Having been to numerous events hosted by them I would highly recommend them. They may have a limited calendar but what they do organise are always well recieved - and a lot cheaper than RMA (I used to be a member of the 96 Club when it was £100 a year to join - good value in those days)

Thinks I'll have to replace my yoko's first that got a serious trashing at Llandow on Saturday, that's my track budget blown until May at least... Ar$e!
