I am going tomorrow, 12th, have been once before and everyone was very well behaved with only 1 spin in the day -Grifith provoked! Anybody else joining the me in the Z4M and my mate in the mighty Golf V6 4Motion!
I saw you there, car sounded good
Was your mates the red golf that had the off after druids?
Thanks, gained confidence throughout the day as the track dried out. Were you having the tete a tete with the Tuscan mid afternoon?
I don't know who the red golf was, my friend was in the mark 4 black v6 4 motion that was keeping a 'steady' pace throughout the day. We were following that golf and to be fair it looked like they were possibly pushing a tad too much?!

I was exactly the same - building up as the track dried. I had a couple of tete a tetes with the tuscan (I was in the grey CSL) and the silver M3.
Great day - looking forward to the next one now!
How did you find the Z4M? I've got a friend interested in them but we'd heard they were supposedly a bit twitchy at the back....any truth in that?

Ahh... Were you the guy I confused by saying we were evenly matched. You were sitting in your car just after coming in, parked up by the fence overlooking the back straight?
The only time I felt the back end being twitchy was under hard braking at the end of the straight when all the weight was transfered to the front, other than that I must say that it felt pretty well planted. I certainly think that it could be provoked to be tail happy but as long as you are measured with the inputs then there is plenty of grip.
