TVRCC City Region Track Day - Snetterton, 21 April

The City Region wil be hosting their annual track day at Snetterton on Easter Monday - April 21st.

Entry form is in Sprint this month (due to arrive on your doormat anytime now).

No competition cars will be allowed.

The club office are taking credit card bookings via telephone - call them on 01952 770635.

You do not have to be a TVRCC member.

Cost is £130 plus £5 day membership if you are a non-member.

Appropriate cars only, no competition cars.

Its an Ocatgon circuit event so you must have a full driving licence and BSI/Snell helmet. Noise limit will be 105 dba at 0.5m static, 2/3 rev limit.

Sprint cars are fine. Its just out and out race cars we're trying to avoid.

Just faxed off the booking form, I'm excited already.

I need to buy a helmet - is the BSI/Snell requirement a "road motorbike" helmet or one of the more fancy track/racing approved helmets ?

Also - are we bombing around with the GT cars or is the calendar not quite right ?

Calendar was wrong - thanks for pointing it out. The Tuscans and GTs will be there on Saturday and Sunday.

What's your view on non TVRs? I could bring the cerbera but something breaks everytime I put it on the track so thats why I have a track day car (caterham). Lemme know. Cheers.

Beej - I'm taking my SR3 as is Danny. Provided you're not in a race car (i.e. using the day as a cheap test day) I've been told I'm ok.
