You've got to worry though. Brands is actually somewhere where the value of the land is quite great - as housing land it could be worth a lot of money. The local residents who bitch about tyre squeal would be happy....and its terribly PC to hate anything petrol these days.

It would be a crime for such a historic venue not to continue.

Thankfully - I think it unlikely it will "fall into the wrong hands" as it were...
