best all round tyres???
Discussion
Loads of list 1A sprinters use Stunner Scudos. They are only available in 15" diameter upwards though. About £40 a corner I believe.
Failing that then Yokohama A021R are great all rounders for 13" or 14" rims and are quite cheap in 70 profile. Not so great on a dry/hot track day though as they can overheat.
The other track oriented choices are Yokohama A048R, or Toyo R888 which are in the same ball park price and performance wise.

for 15" you can do a lot worse than the Yokohama Advan Neova. It's a specific tyre designed for the elise and branded by Lotus so they're not cheap BUT they offer great wet & dry weather grip, wear evenly on track and will not overheat like many other road tyres.
only in 195/50/15 and 225/45/16 and about £100 a corner inc VAT & fitting. Some of the honda boys run them on the integras and rave about them so they obviously work for heavier cars as well as the lighter ones.
also seen them run on westfields, mr2's and pug 205s with happy drivers across the board.
just my 2p.
