sprint training day at North Weald 24.7.06

There are a couple of places left for a sprint training day at North Weald on 24.7.06.
Places are limited to 8 and Andy Walsh, (see 1st lotus), will be instructing. All aspects of sprinting will be covered and the circuit has recently been extended.
( Unfortunatly only people who have been on courses with 1st Lotus may apply.)
