currently running those on my GT-four. Wet grip levels are similar to normal road tyres when they're cold.... a little bit beter when they're warm. But they excell in the dry when they're warm.
They don't have a deep tread so they'll be useless in deep patches of water.
I've opted for the hard compound and they take a few miles to get decent levels of heat in them, but I'm pleased with the grip levels overall.

mmm khumho tyres..... I've only experienced their list 1B race tyres, but I wouldnt put them on a wheel barrow..
we ran the v700 tyres which were totaly unpredictable in the wet. if you want a road legal track day tyre i'd go for Dunlop do1j/ do2j a much better tyre in the dry and the wet, although still iffy in standing water. last much longer as well. I've got a load of old 15inch kumho's with stacks of tread but totally buggered
