You'd be ok on a PH trip to Folembray. Plenty of people to help out if need be & an easy track for a first timer.

May take an early summer holiday then, will look into it though, I would really love to drive over and play

It's May so I HOPE (fingers extremely crossed) I'll be in good health by then and armed with a Westfield and a driving license

Beginners day is still likely but BAT wanted to check out the new venue they're hoping to use before they confirmed it. Am awaiting info.

'New venue', that a different hotel (please!) or track? I see Folembray is on the BaT calendar already.

No, the new venue is for the beginners' day.

May is Folembray. It will be a different hotel though. That's the cause of the delay as the hotel is taking time to confirm the booking.

Yep, we were hoping to run the beginners' day in January although that's probably going to be February now...

Just heard from BAT - 99.9% there on Folembray for May. Booking forms will be online very, very soon...

Glad it's a new hotel Ted, mind you I couldn't remember too much about it after the Saturday night!

Would be good to get the dates published so I can get the time booked at work - I have to get the permission of the grippenfuhrer to get away...

Having just watched that I honestly cant believe how very english Greg (assuming that is him?-flip flop bloke?) really is!! Also, pikey sounds scarily familiar to phillip scofield (sp wrong?) absolutely bizarre...

.. care to tell us what speeds you chaps reached then?

BCA - speeds for P2002 last year (to and fro) were fairly sensible (sub 160)

However if you look very closely you will see the Porsche at 170+ in the video clip (in Germany of course)

We got the Cerbie to 180+ on the Spa trip before it decided it had too much oil on board!
