Had the standard morning briefing - Overtaking only on the left, only on the straights. Good for people who just can't risk denting their pride and joy.
Then we were bundled into a van and slung very briskly round the track a few times by an instructor, telling us how and where to get the best of the circuit.
Then we were off. Fortunately we were split into into fast cars like Elises, TVRs and Caterhams in one group, and bigger cars like my M3 Evo, Civic type Rs, Fiat Unos, Clios in the second group.
MSV had put out markers all round the track for braking point, turn in point, and apex. This meant I finally got to grips with Graham Hill bend, which I'd been making a hash of previously.
I saw no crashes, just an Uno doing a surprise U turn, I learnt a great deal, and had a top time.
