i don't mind it being cold - i used to take pics at trackdays and spent plenty of freezing mornings standing at bedoford trying not to get frostbite - so it will be nice to be in the warm for a change!

I am on the provisional list as the event is full, but hoping to get on in my white Porsche 968.

Is anyone out there booked who now cannot come? -- I could take over your booking and hopefully save you any lost money.

I went to Donington last Sunday and did notice that the track lacked the normal levels of grip, even though it was dry, (notorious there in the wet -- all that aviation fuel!) -- the tyres did seem to warm up quite well but I thought the cold track was still holding me back.

NB Just had an e-mail from Easytrack, they remind everyone to bring your own copy of a fully completed indemnity form -- not doing this causes too many probs at sign on so you have been warned.

Me and a mate are going to practise out photography.

Let me know what cars you have and I'll see what we can do.

helpful note: have you got permission to take photos at Bedford? I just mention it as 'casual' photo taking is not usually permitted -- through the organisers just fine though.

Plan to be there, in a silver GT3-MR.

Never had a problem previously, but mindful that noise may be an issue in the expected cold weather... may have to give the meters some room.

Never needed permission before, we just turn up and take pics

Maybe I should check with the organiser......but who is it?

Saying that, we have talked ourselfs in to media centres at International racetracks before and obtained press passes, so this should prove no problem

As a Clio owner myself (see profile) it would be a pleasure to take a few pics.

Would welcome some decent pics of my car on track - Porsche 911 - Black 996 C4 Aero.

I'll have to polish her up now prior to going - wasn't going to bother with all the s*&t on the roads but got to now .. :-)

Cheers !

Look forward to seeing you there ....

i doubt you would have any problems taking pics from the pit lane and maybe in front of the hospitality suite, but don't expect to be taken to any other places on the track, because you need a marshal to drive you there.

We usually hang around the first hairpin, that way I can turn around, and take a pic of you coming back!

You can see some of our "work" in the link below, we certainly are not pro's.....

I have just read thsi in the "indemnity form" from Easytrack...

5. I agree that any images, moving or still, that I or any person attending as my guest, make at the event remain the property of Easytrack Ltd and are for my own personal use only. If any of these images are used in any commercial enterprise, publication, broadcast or any other form of public media I agree to pay Easytrack Ltd the sum of £25’000 per instance and any fee levied by the circuit operators.

Can they do that?? Be a damn shame if it stops you taking pics, I was even going to wash the car so it looked respectable!
