does any one know of anywhere that sells cameras and the mounts, which are suitable for car trackdays,
would also like to find one for bikes. Any ones you would recommend.
thanks for any help

Just got one of these Dogcam thingy's
Can go anywhere in or on the car, and can fix to a helmet aswell.
Have a look at www.dogcamsport.co.uk
Hopefully trying it for 1st time at silverstone on sunday, then will use it for some
Snowboarding next week, then for some mountain biking in the Rockies in June.
I think the word versatile is what i was looking for.

Recommend RF Concepts for cameras, B Hague or Fast Films for mounts and DriveData for multicam shenanigans and technical datary type stuff.

...or you could just hire one from www.hireacamera.com/camcorders/bulletcam.asp
Used them last year - service was great, and especially handy if you're not sure if/what to buy.

Ive got a decent digi cam and using the B Hague suction mount. Currently mines on the back passenger's window but the last footage i got was pretty shaky tbh. Where abouts do others with a suction mount put theres? the front windscreen seems a little obtrusive to me?
Also, anybody used any external mic's to feed into the recorder, was thinking about using one next to the trumpets maybe in the scuttle area? anybody experimented with this?
Thanks.
