Track and Race cars on Ice

Just reading TRC mag and noticed that the next event is due to be held in Norway on a frozen lake!!

Has anyone here got any more details?

Don't have any details of the TRC event but I have been on the week to Sweden run by Pat Flynn of the 205 Challenge. The best week away I have ever had, 20 hr ferry to Norway and then all day drive to the lake. Innovation's venue is much closer to the ferry port but the trip, mostly on frozen/ snowy roads, with 25 rally cars most in convoy is as much a part of the experience as anything else. Spot on tuition at the venue and driving roads formerly used as Swedish Rally stages is something that you can never recreate in the UK and I even found myself not even having a beer just to go out playing at night! If you get a chance make sure that you don't miss out, if you love driving you won't be able to wipe the grin off your face for weeks. Pat, Liz and the team make their trip awesome but as I have said, can't comment on any others. Enjoy the experience........ Chris
