Nurburgring trackday providers (2025)

After 10 plus years of TF I’m keen to do a proper trackday at the ‘ring in 2025.
Will likely be a group of 4, all in road cars (GT3, Cayman, 350Z & M3) so would prefer not to be mixing with all out race cars.
Can anyone recommend companies they’ve tried that are worth look at? I’ve seen Destination Nurburgring is popular but they only seem to have one road car day in early May and I wondered if there might be more local organisation I’ve not heard of.
Obviously, ideal situation would be a road car only day, mid summer with fewest cars possible with an organisation that does a proper briefing.

Realistically UK wise you have Circuit Days or Destination Nurburgring. DN will have the lesser number of cars but you pay for the privilege, Circuit Days will have more dates available few more cars lesser cost. I've done both, both great run days. As with all things Nurburgring related its luck of the draw on the day.

There are very few if any on most DN or Circuit days nowadays. Check with the organiser.
Having instructed for 12 years there all the other trackday organisers with have some race cars on track.
The DN just gone there was zero race cars.
I would say that it’s not always race cars that are the issue.
Well worth doing a trackday at the Nürburgring but please read all the small print on the disclaimer as on many non-uk based days you can be liable still for 3rd party damage that exceeds track infrastructure.

One other thing to consider with the European operators are the overtaking rules, you shouldn't assume the common UK practice of by consent on the straights, not under braking and not in corners will apply. Many operate a ruleset much closer to racing.
In terms of race cars and Circuit Days or DN from memory Circuit Days do allow dedicated track toys that are not road legal but disallow out and out race cars.
DN (Darren) runs "Prime" and "Street" events, prime allows non road legal and race cars, street is only for road registered cars.
If next year is a repeat of this DN will have a spring / early summer "street" single day and "Prime" summer double header and late summer / early autumn "street" double header. Dates will be out sometime in December and probably sold out by new years day, if it hadn't been for a post on here before xmas I'd have missed this years (2024) booking announcement as the email went into junk. If you are after four places then you'll need to get in quickly to avoid disappointment as the dates seems to sell out faster each year.
The street event just gone was obviously only road cars but the type of clientele DN attracts are likely to be at the faster/more capable end of the spectrum. I'm honestly not sure I've ever seen that many GT3 RS's in the same place at the same time, obviously this years weapon of choice.
Where there is CD or DN single date it's common to find that CD will have a date at Spa either just before or just after so you can potentially create a Ring and Spa double header if that's your thing.

If you want insurance, make sure your insurer will insure the track day organiser you go with. You may not get cover for some of the European ones. I’ve had no issue with DN in the past, not tried Circuit Days but assume also OK.
