Track day BMW E30 fuel system , which / what pumps ?

so upgrading my E30 2.8 to do away with the under floor tank / pump , fitting a alloy baffled tank in boot as far forward as I can , with swirl pot and just asking what pump people are using to supply from tank to swirl pot , its a 1.5 lt pot so do I need a 400 lt ph pump for that or will something less be ok ? and if anyone running similar what do you use for main swirl pot to engine pump ?
