Lessons to improve my "Sunday driving"
Discussion
I have recently bought a BMW 6 series, and I feel the power delivered via my right foot is greater than than the talent my brain possesses.
I would like to learn to drive better, both in a straight line and round corners, so I don't end up parking my car in a bush. I have done some of the Groupon supercar days where you go round a track in a beat up old supercar, but would like learn how to actually drive better at speed. Can anyone recommend driving courses, days or experiences that would help?

I can recommend talking to the team at CAT driver training.
They run out of Millbrook. I've done several of their courses and always enjoyed/appreciated the content.

Maybe look at having a session with one of the High Performance Course instructors - a course designed specifically to improve your on-road driving.

Been on a few of these days - great for pushing your car to and beyond its limits in a safe and controlled environment, it uses the old taxi ways of an airport, so there's nothing to hit.
I managed a 720* spin in my old Evo VIII trying to do a handbrake turn around a hairpin, when it was raining, great fun and you learn a huge amount about where the limits of your car are.
