Brian James RS3 trailer part identification

Anyone recognise this part? Don't currently have access to the trailer but found this on the ground where it usually sits. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Any ramps or other bits on the trailer?

Thanks Chris,

There's a few mechanisms on the trailer but the ramps just slide along the top and clip in with a spring pin (r-clip iirc) so it won't be that.

Beyond that there's the brakes / stabilisation posts / shell lock & latch mechanism / shell gas struts / winch is fairly new and the part in question looks fairly old.

Do you have winch/pulley blocks that could have lost a roller? Do your brakes have a pulley block on the end of the cable?
