Gloves for karting and track days.

I am not sure if this is the right place, apologies if not.
Is there a cheapish glove that is suitable for karting and the odd track day? It's a present for someone. Budget £30 but may go higher if needed.
Many thanks.
It's the last bit of kit I've yet to buy for my daughter, at the moment she's using the teamsport karting supplied gloves which are like super thin gardening gloves! Is there a cheapish glove that is suitable for karting and the odd track day? I've always used a pair of mountain biking gloves, mainly because I've got loads of pairs but also because to me they feel really comfortable. Can easily get a pair of mtb gloves for half your budget!
Even Halfords have a decent range and the benefit of them is you can go and see how they feel before you buy.
Demon Tweeks seem to have a decent selection around that price https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/motorsport/racewea...
I assume the difference between gloves for karting and gloves for racing is that the former don't need to be made from Nomex. Not sure if the kart gloves will be suitable for track days -- the organizers won't care but I've found the ones with the PU printed palms better for a normal steering wheel.
Edit: looks like the first ones on that page have silicone palm prints anyway

Thinking about this, am I naive to think that one glove will serve both purposes?
no, karting gloves will be fine, they will no need to be fire resistant for track days, so infact karting gloves will be perfect. Karting gloves are not homologated like the suits are.
Karting gear offers protection from abrasion but not from fire. It is made from materials which aren't flame resistant but which won't easily abrade or melt due to friction. A karting glove would be pretty much ideal for trackdays but a racing glove would not be so good for karting. A karting glove may be a bit aggressive in terms of wear on the steering wheel if you're worried about that kind of thing. The palms tend to be made of leather or a synthetic analogue which may chew up a suede wheel.
Got some of these for a mates Birthday, they're really good quality and relatively cheap I think...recommended.

Quite expensive and only in small or large. The recipient is a medium.https://www.amazon.co.uk/OMP-First-S-Fireproof-Mot...
Any other suggestions welcome.
It looks like we are almost at the pricing of open face helmets. Which is another option.
Are these OK? https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/sparco-club-j1-hel...

There were some gloves in the Demon Tweeks link I shared that were just over £30 from OMP and Alpinestars with the silicone hand prints on them?

I use a pair of Sparko Race gloves. Very comfortable to use only downside is when waiting to go out in the karts sitting there your hands get cold. https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/sparco-land-race-g... similar to these.
