Zestino Gredge 07R

I have heard good things about Zestino Gredge07R tyres and I am thinking of trying them next now that my Federal 595 RS are almost done.
The question I have though is should I go for the soft or medium compound?
My car is a RX8 that is stripped out and weighs around 1250kgs. It is predominately a track car with very limited road use.
Anybody with experience of these tyres?

I can't comment on the Zestino but I have personal experience of an RX-8 going from RSRs to AR1's. Worth about 3 seconds a lap around Donnington.
