Silverstone track day October 12th 2020 - anyone going?

Hi All,

Am planning on popping down there with a couple of fellow petrolheads, just wondering if anyone else about. Also if anyone has experience with their noise limit (102db) - i have a 599 and think it should be okay but the dodgy app i downloaded proved inconclusive.

Any one elses feedback on their noise restrictions?

I am down there on Monday, COVID permitting. 105db when I checked. Better be, my blue GT4 is very loud. I am looking forward ot hearing the 599 scream past me !

Were you in the 20 plate GT4? Day didn't exactly go our way with the 599 deciding it didn't want it's oil any more just before lunchtime resulting in the hanger straight being cleaned and not the most popular people there for sure.... But was a great crack none the less and we also had a Cayman S and an M850i (not a track car by any stretch!).

If Castle Combe is wet I may opt to go to Silverstone instead as it's a bit more rwd friendly in the rain. Maybe see you there.
