Do most track/airfield days accept cars being taken to the track on trailers, I am currently trying to sort a car for tack days only and would like to trailer it so that I can save on the tax/insurance etc.

Yes. It's that simple.

No problem with taking your car to a track day on a trailer.

The only restrictions that you may come up against are at some track days they won't allow race cars (but as long as it's road legal, it'll be ok, even if it is covered in stickers and numbers), or the more common one, which is no slicks.

If you have a regular car that you just prefer to take there on a trailer, nobody will have any gripes.
