Hi folks,

Any recommendations on a place to stay near the Anglesey circuit, hotel or good b&b please?

Like most people it is a long drive, so planning to stay night before (8th April).

Thanks in advance.

If you want some real nice food (fresh lobster!) Ty'n Rhos is excellent.

We stayed at Hotel Cymyran, big rooms, quiet, lovely cooked breakfast, nice bar and not far from the circuit

Will you need breakfast on the day of the TD?

We stayed in a shed near the lighthouse/rspb place, cheap as chips, out of the way so your car will be safe full of tools etc.

I'll see if I can find what it was called...

Also they will allow you to lock your car away in their barn at night.

Seconded with the proviso that the rooms can be quite stuffy (small windows!) if its hot... but then it is Wales so its unlikely! We stayed last summer when it was hot even in Wales!
