Heated grips problem

Seasons greetings all.

I've noticed that my heated grips don't turn off when I turn the bike off. Worse still, the grips can be turned on whilst the bike is parked up. So some numpty could walk by, turn the grips up to full blast, and I'd presumably return to a flat battery. They are Oxford grips. There is a battery saver light on there which, on my previous bike, would start flashing if the bike was off. Is there a simple fix? Honda cbf600 09. The grips are the usual with the square controller, two grey buttons, and the different lights and settings.

They are obviously wired direct to the battery rather than to a live that is controlled by the ignition, so you need to find a suitable connection & rewire to sort this out or insert a relay controlled by an ignition live in circuit.
